The Collins RCR-650A ADF Receiver is the upgraded ADF for the well-regarded Collins Microline series. The difference between the RCR-650A and the RCR-650 is that the RCR-650A has a number of modifications to boost its sensitivity and reduce interference. This unit is more expensive than the RCR-650, but it is money well spent. An ADF system built around an RCR-650A is a solid performer.
The RCR-650A is a TSO'd, solid state, panel mounted ADF receiver.
The Collins RCR-650A ADF Receiver may be used with the following equipment:
- Collins IND-650A ADF Indicator
- Collins ANT-650A Combined Loop / Sense ADF Antenna
