The Collins RCR-650 ADF Receiver is the original ADF for the well-regarded Microline series. The RCR-650 offers good performance, but not quite as good as the RCR-650A. If your budget is tight, or you are replacing an existing RCR-650, this unit makes a lot of sense. Otherwise, we recommend that you consider upgrading to the RCR-650A.
The RCR-650 is a TSO'd, solid state, panel mounted ADF receiver.
The Collins RCR-650 ADF Receiver may be used with the following equipment:
- Collins IND-650 ADF Indicator
- Collins ANT-650A Combined Loop / Sense ADF Antenna (This is a much better antenna than the straight ANT-650.)
